Q: What is the minimum age to rent a car?
A: You can rent a car with us starting at 20 years old, provided you have at least 2 years of driving experience.
Q: What documents are required to rent a car?
A: Valid driver’s license, ID, and credit card
Q: Are there any additional fees or insurance options?
A: Insurance and deductible information: All our prices include insurance, taxes and unlimited mileage.
Deductible:
Small and Medium cars: A deductible of $750 in case of damage or a collision that is your fault. You can buy out this deductible for $15 per day. The deductible amount is a maximum of $150 per rental.
SUVs, Jeeps, Vans: A deductible of $1000 in case of damage or a collision that is your fault. You can buy out this deductible for $20 per day. The deductible amount is a maximum of $200 per rental.
Optional coverage We recommend you consider the ‘deductible’ option for extra peace of mind during your adventures.

Q: What is the fuel policy?
Typically full-to-full, meaning you return the car with the same amount of fuel as when rented
Q: Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
A: It’s recommended, especially during peak times, but walk-ins may be accepted.
Q: What happens if I get into an accident?
A: Contact the rental company and Forensys 9233, and follow the instructions provided in your rental agreement

Q: What should I do if I return the car late?
A: Late returns may incur additional charges; inform the rental company as soon as possible.
Q: Is there a navigation in the car?
In Curaçao, you can use the free google maps app.
Download it on your phone and you’ll have access to the entire map of Curaçao for FREE, allowing you to navigate offline (no internet required).
Q: What are the payment options?
You can pay us in the following ways:
1. Cash in XCG or USD (no fee).
2. We cannot accept euros. Please exchange your money in advance at your nearest exchange office or at the airport. Exchanging euros in Curaçao is often a major challenge and a waste of time.
3. With your Maestro debit card (make sure to set it to worldwide) (no fee). This is the blue/red dot.
4. With your credit card (Vpay, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) (5% banking fee).
Payment takes place when you arrive in Curaçao and we hand over the car to you.
We do not require a down payment or security deposit.
